These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Phonetech Education ("Phonetech," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our courses, using our services, or engaging with our institution in any way, you ("Student," "Customer," or "User") agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria defined by Phonetech Education.
• Submission of required documents and full/partial payment of fees is mandatory for course enrollment.
• Phonetech Education reserves the right to deny admission or discontinue a student's enrollment due to misconduct, non-payment, or violation of policies.

2. Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule.
• Late payments may attract penalties or result in course access restrictions.
• Phonetech Education reserves the right to revise course fees at its discretion.

3. Certification Requirements

• Minimum attendance as per Phonetech Education guidelines is required for certification.
• Students must complete assignments, assessments, and practicals to qualify for certification.
• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion and clearance of all financial dues.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Crucial Information)

Course Withdrawal:

• Students may withdraw from a course by submitting a written request to the Phonetech Education admissions office.
• Refund eligibility is subject to the refund policy outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

• The registration fee of ₹980 is refundable if a student chooses to withdraw before completing the final admission process.
• Once the student confirms admission by paying ₹5000 (or any subsequent portion of the full course fee), no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Fees:

The admission fee, course fee, or any additional payments made beyond the ₹980 registration fee are non-refundable, even if the student decides to discontinue the course at any point.

Refund Processing:

• Eligible refunds (₹980 registration fee) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
• The refund will be credited via the original mode of payment.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must adhere to ethical behavior, maintain discipline, and respect instructors and peers within the Phonetech Education campus.
• Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
• Phonetech Education reserves the right to take legal action against students engaging in any illegal or disruptive activities.

5. Use of Facilities & Equipment

• Phonetech Education provides infrastructure and equipment for practical learning. Students must use them responsibly, especially the Chip-Level lab equipment.
• Any damage caused by negligence or misuse must be compensated by the student.

6. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

• Course content, materials, schematics, and online resources provided by Phonetech Education are the intellectual property of Phonetech Education.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phonetech Education is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during training, internships, or practical sessions conducted on campus or during official activities.

9. Amendments & Modifications

• Phonetech Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Students will be notified of significant changes via official communication channels.
